DJ Promo, the stage name of Sebastian Hoff, is a Dutch DJ born on April 12, 1976, in Hoorn, Netherlands. Active in the hardcore music scene since around 1992, he started by playing at smaller gabber parties and organizing his own hardcore events in community centers and sports halls. Over time, Promo became known for his contributions to hardcore and industrial hardcore genres and his work as a record label owner. His career highlights include early productions starting circa 1995 and a recognized gabber remix of "Don't Speak" by No Doubt from the gabber era. His ongoing activity through the years reflects a continuous presence in the hardcore music community.
