Gerardo Rosales

Gerardo Rosales is a Venezuelan born percussionist and bandleader with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently based in the Netherlands for over thirty years, he has collaborated with numerous renowned Latin jazz and salsa artists, including Paquito D’Rivera, Bebo Valdés, and Oscar D’Leon. Rosales leads La Vintage Orchestra, a group focused on recreating the classic sounds of salsa from the 1960s and 1970s. His career includes producing over twenty albums, among them the 2023 release titled “La Vintage.”
