A route for stores that want continuity, identity and stock strength

VinylFarm.EU works with stores that want more than occasional purchasing. We supply serious stock on a continuous basis and focus strongly on 7 inch US pressings, European 12 inch dance maxi singles, well known pop and rock, and a very large classical offer of a high level.

We do not operate through small parcel style supply. This route is intended for existing stores and entrepreneurs who want to build with a stronger supply line and a recognisable concept. Our ambition for 2026 is to open 10 locations. At this moment there are still opportunities in France, Spain, Germany, the United Kingdom and Poland.

What helps us assess your request

Tell us what kind of store you run today, what kind of stock you need and whether you are looking for supply only or something closer to a VinylFarm.EU location model.

The clearer the picture, the easier it becomes to see whether there is a logical next step.

Store request form
Share a clear picture of your store and your ambition. We will review whether there is a good fit.
We read this route as a business conversation. The more specific the context, the more useful our first response can be.
You selected large collections and stock

A route for serious volume, careful review and personal contact

VinylFarm.EU buys large collections, deadstock, overstock and serious private holdings from 25000 records and up. We buy worldwide and can store stock in the United States, the United Kingdom, Denmark and the Netherlands. We are also working towards additional capacity in Spain.

We do not buy blind and we do not work from photos alone. We prefer to visit, understand the collection, meet the seller and assess whether there is a long term basis for trust. This route is therefore best used for serious volume and a serious conversation.

What helps us assess your request

Give us a realistic estimate of the volume, the type of stock, the location and how soon it is available.

If a visit is possible in the near future, that is useful to mention from the start.

Large stock offer form
This route is intended for serious volume. The clearer the stock profile, the better we can respond.
If the stock is below this level, this route is not the right fit. For serious volume, a clear first description is very helpful.
You selected collaborations and events

A route for ideas that deserve more than surface level branding

VinylFarm.EU is open to collaborations with companies, organisers and partners who want to connect their project to the world around VinylFarm.EU in a thoughtful and visible way. This can be a digging event outside our own location, but also a broader project in which network, inventory, experience and audience all matter.

We respond best to ideas that already have shape, intention and relevance. The strongest collaborations are the ones that feel natural from both sides and leave something valuable behind.

What helps us assess your request

Tell us what the project is, who it is for, where it takes place and what you want VinylFarm.EU to contribute.

If there is already a budget, audience or timeline, mention that too.

Collaboration request form
Give us the shape of the idea so we can understand the potential and the practical side.
A short and clear outline is more useful than a vague concept. If the idea has momentum already, feel free to show that.
You selected media and press

A route for stories with a clear angle and the right amount of depth

VinylFarm.EU is a commercial organisation with a clear view on how vinyl should move through the world and end up in the right hands. We are happy to contribute to media requests when the angle, the timing and the quality of the request fit well.

This can be an interview, a background story, a report or a documentary style request. The stronger the editorial direction, the easier it is for us to decide whether we can contribute in a meaningful way.

What helps us assess your request

Tell us what the story is really about, what format you are working in and when you need a response.

A clear deadline and a clear angle save time on both sides.

Media request form
Give us the editorial angle, the format and the timeline so we can assess the request properly.
Good editorial requests are usually specific. A clear angle and a clear deadline are the best starting point.
You selected strategic contacts

A route for expertise, infrastructure and the next phase of growth

Not every valuable contact falls under stores, stock, collaborations or media. Some conversations are relevant because they bring knowledge, logistics, access, infrastructure or a network that could matter over the coming years.

This route is for people and organisations who understand scale, timing and long term value and who believe there is a real reason to connect with VinylFarm.EU now.

What helps us assess your request

Explain what you bring, why it matters and why the timing makes sense now.

The more concrete the value, the easier it is to understand whether the conversation should continue.

Strategic contact form
Use this route if you believe your network, expertise or infrastructure can support the next phase of VinylFarm.EU.
This route works best when the message is focused and concrete. A short clear proposal is more useful than a broad introduction.

Clear from the start

This page is designed to make first contact easier and more useful. Choosing the right route helps us understand your context immediately.

Built for real conversations

VinylFarm.EU works internationally and at scale. That is why each route focuses on a different kind of conversation and a different kind of next step.

Open to the right fit

We welcome good contact. The clearest requests usually lead to the strongest follow up, especially when the intention is already well defined.
